What is it?

We strongly believe that prevention is stronger than cure. With this in mind, the Chiropractors at The Chiropractic Clinic have devised a 45 minute long informal session. In the time, we give you some top spinal care tips, give you practical advice, and show you some great exercises.

The classes are free to all, will help you manage your condition, and hopefully prevent it from recurring. The advice will help identify warning signs, and aim to make life much easier for you.

Some patients are new and haven’t started treatment yet; others have done several sessions. Some may have a trapped nerve or a sports injury, lower back pain or neck pain. Every patient is different, and no back injury is too small.

After the class, you will be given a handout with some exercises on it to help your condition.

Here are a few exercises which Dr Lalit Sodha D.C.  recommends to do everyday.

  • Running on the spot while sitting on the edge of your chair
  • Stretching out elbows sideways and forwards to break the tightness between the shoulder blades
  • Rolling the shoulders forward and back
  • Stretching the neck from side to side (but not backwards).
