Winnie is a fully qualified Massage Therapist, and is a member of the Complementary Therapist Association (CThA). She achieved her Holistic Massage qualification in 2008 and has since developed her skills through continuous learning. She uses a range of deep tissue massage and soft tissue release to rebalance and relax the body.

She has worked closely with a local charity specialising in treating clients with disabilities and chronic health issues to aid their pain management and recovery process.

During her spare time, Winnie enjoys gardening, hiking, and exploring nature, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
